摘要
利比亚是非洲重要的产油国,且石油开发潜力巨大。国际制裁解除后,利比亚石油工业对外敞开大门,全球石油公司纷纷涌向利比亚,竞争极其激烈。本文着重分析利比亚的石油工业发展态势,指出其石油政策是细水长流,对资源进行保护性开采,限产保价,石油工业对外合作则力求多元化。未来影响利比亚石油工业发展的因素主要包括政局、经济、宗教等方面。中国公司投资利比亚,不仅要面临激烈的竞争,还必须加深对利比亚的了解,提高自身的竞争能力。
Libya is an important oil producer in Africa and has a great potential in oil development. With the sanctions lifted, Libya's oil industry has opened its door to the outside world and the oil companies of the world have flocked into Libya, causing fierce competition. The main factors that might affect the future development of Libya's oil industry include political situation as well as economic and religious issues. For the Chinese companies intending to invest in Libya, it is imperative to be aware of such fierce competition, deepen their understanding of Libya and sharpen their competitive edge.
