摘要
为对谷物脱粒装置的工作原理和规律加深了解,对螺旋叶片、板齿组合式轴流脱粒与分离装置脱分空间内谷物流密度沿轴向的分布规律进行了试验研究。结果表明,轴流装置脱分空间谷物流在设定喂入量下沿轴向分布不均匀,密度分布规律曲线沿轴向为Peal-Reed模型。
In order to understand principle and discipline of threshing installation, grain fluid＇s density regularities of distribution along axial direction in the threshing and separating space for the assembled of plank-tooth and helical vanes axial-flow threshing and separat- ing installation are studied. The results indicate that grain fluid＇ s density in the threshing and separating space of axial installation is non-homogeneous, regularities of distribution curve and regression equation along axial accord with Peal-Reed model.
