通过对80/20法则的介绍,分析在付费节目销售中运用80/20法则的必要性,并运用80/20法则制定了付费节目的销售策略,为付费节目的市场化销售提供新的思路。
From introducing 80/20 Principle,this paper deeply researched the necessity of applying 80/20 Principle in selling the Pay-TV,and instituted the sale tactics of the Pay-TV by 80/20 Principle,which supplied a new thinking of Pay-TV marketing.
