摘要
目的:采用ELISA和TRUST法测定梅毒患者血清中磷脂类抗体,探讨其在梅毒诊断中的不同作用。方法:采用TP-ELISA TRUST和TPPA法对2572受血者进行检测。结果:TP-ELISA阳性36例,TRUST阳性25例,TPPA确诊33例。结论:TP-ELISA法敏感度和特异性均高于TRUST。
Objective： ELISA and TRUST Determination of syphilis in patients with type phospholipid antibodies to explore their diagnosis of syphilis in the different roles. Methods： TP - ELISA TRUST and TPPA Act of 2572 for testing blood recipients. Results： TP - ELISA positive results of 36 cases, TRUST positive in 25 cases, TPPA confirmed 33 cases. Conclusion： TP - ELISA method sensitivity and specificity were higher than TRUST.
