摘要
目的:研究内镜中铜绿假单胞菌生物膜对常用消毒剂的抵抗性。方法:用高分子滤膜模拟制备生物膜,利用肉汤稀释法分别进行临床内镜中分离出的铜绿假单胞菌对常用消毒剂的抗性变化的探讨,并与标准菌株进行平行比较。结果:其中培养物对一种含氯消毒剂的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度均为有效氯450 mg/L;其余铜绿假单胞菌株均小于400 mg/L。对含苯扎溴铵消毒剂最小抑菌浓度为80 mg/L,最小杀菌浓度为156 mg/L;对碘消毒剂的最小抑(杀)菌浓度相同,均为1000 mg/L。结论:内镜中产生的铜绿假单胞菌对常用消毒剂抗力有相关性影响。
Objective: To study the resistance of biofilm of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to common disinfectants in endoscope. Methods:High polymer filter membrane was employed as a simulation of biofilm, the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) were measured to evaluate the diference of disinfectant resistance of clinical isolates of P. aeruginosa to common disinfectants using broth dilution method, compared with the standard strain. Results: Both MIC and MBC of the disinfectant containing chlorine for the cultured strain were 450 mg/L of active chlorine, and that for the standard strain of P. aeruginosa were lower than 400 mg/L. The MIC amd MBC of the disinfectant containing benzalkonium bromide were 80 mg/L and 156 mg/L, respectively;both MIC amd MBC of the disinfectant containing iodine were 1000 mg/L. Conclusion:Based on the experiment,the results suggested that the The biofilm of Pseudomonas aeruginosa has a strong resistance to common disinfectants.
