摘要
目的:建立一种不需消化快速、准确测定尿锌的方法。方法:双硫腙四氯化碳法直接测定尿中锌。结果:线性范围0.04~2.0μg/ml,回归曲线Y=1.26X-0.0075,相关系数r=0、9998,变异系数小于5%。结论:双硫腙四氯化碳法直接测定尿中锌方法简便、灵敏可靠,适合临床应用。
Objective:To establish direct photometry which is convenient, sensitive and need not pretreat,nent. Methods:Zinc in Human urine was detected with dithizone in carbon tetrachloride. Results: The linear range was 0. 04 - 2. 0 μg/ml, the linear regression equations was Y = 1.26X- 0. 0075, coefficients of correlated r = 0. 9998, the coefficients of variation (cv) 〈 5%. Conclusion:Direct photometry with dithizone in carbon tetrachloride is convenient, sensitive and reliable to detect zinc in hunam urine, suitable for clinical application.
