摘要
目的:探讨二硫化碳解吸-毛细管气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中多种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的检测方法。方法:工作场所空气中的VOCs经活性炭管采集,二硫化碳解吸后,注入带氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)的气相色谱仪进行分离,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果:丙酮、四氯化碳、二氯甲烷、苯、三氯甲烷、甲苯、1,2二氯乙烷、乙苯、对、间、邻二甲苯、氯苯、苯乙烯的线性范围分别为0.119~608.000、0.449~2298.400、0.090~836.000、0.019~81.600、0.252~1287.000、0.018~91.200、0.076~390.000、0.012~63.200、0.018~88.800、0.018~56.800、0.011~92.000、0.021~120.800、0.018~93、200mg/m^3,回收率为88.4%~98.6%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~6.3%。结论:方法能够有效分离和准确测定空气中13种VOCs,具有较好的精密度与准确度,适合较复杂工作场所中空气毒物的测定。
Objective:To study the method of determining VOCs in the air of workplace with the capillary gas chromatography of carbon disulphide desorption, nethods:VOCs in the air of workplace were collected by active carbon sampling cuvette,then separated VOCs by hydrogen flames detector gas chromatography machine after carbon disulphide desorption. VOCs were determined the nature by serve time and quantified by apex area. Results:The linear ranges of Acetone, Carbontetrachloride, Dichloromethanl, Benzene, Trichloromethane,Toluene, 1,2 - Diehloroethane, Ethyl benzene, p. m. o - Xylenestyenl, Chlorobenzene, styenl were 0. 119 - 608: 000,0. 449 - 2298. 400,0. 090- 836. 000,0. 019 - 81.600,0. 252 - 1287. 000,0. 018 - 91. 200,0. 076 - 390. 000,0. 012 - 63. 200,0. 018 - 88. 800,0. 018 - 56. 800,0. 011 - 92. 1300,0. 021 - 120. 800,0. 018 - 93. 200 mg/m^3. The rate of recovery were 88.4% -98.6% and RSD were 1.2% -6. 3%. Conclusion :This method can separate efficiently and determine the VOCs accurately in the air. It has better precision and aeeuration. It, s suitable for determining the poisons in complicated air.
