摘要
目的:研究种植牙患者主观满意度的影响因素。方法:请随访的79名患者对种植牙主观满意度进行VAS评分,统计分析主观满意度的相关影响因素和其协同作用。结果:①满意度各项指标的VAS得分较高,除2项平均得分在75分以外,其余大都超过85分。②不同术式、年龄、性别和种牙部位对种植牙总体满意度无显著影响(p>0.05)。③咀嚼功能与预期效果和总体满意度的相关性r值分别为0.608和0.582,预期效果和总体满意度r值为0.612,花费和总体满意度的r值为0.592。(p<0.01)。结论:从主观上讲,即使种植牙的费用较高,但缺牙患者仍觉得种牙是物有所值,对于牙种植修复的满意度仍很高,这种较高的满意度主要源于种植牙良好的咀嚼功能。
Objective： To investigate patient satisfaction after implant therapy in partially edentulous patients, and find out the correlative factors that influence the satisfaction. Method： 79 patients were recruited to answer a questionnaire,in which 14 questions were about subjective perception. The patients were asked to mark a VAS （visual analogue scale）score in which 0 indicated ＂total discontent＂ and 100 ‘total satisfaction＇. Correlations of the different surgical procedures, age, gender, and the location of implant with the satisfaction questionnaire were calculated by Spearman＇s rank correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis. A significance level of 0.05 was chosen. Result： ①.The VAS scores were comparatively high. ②.There is no significant Correlation of the different surgical procedures, age, gender, location of implant with the total sat-isfaction. （P〉0.05）.③.Patient expectations and the total satisfaction are correlative with chewing function. （r=0.608,0.582, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The costs associated with imulant therapy were considered to be worthwhile by good chewing function.
