织物吸湿多分子层模型的模拟 被引量:3

Simulating moisture absorption of fabric through molecular layers

摘要 借鉴BET多分子层吸附模型,建立了织物吸湿多分子层模型。采用C++编程,使用鲍威尔算法对该模型进行求解,得出模型中各个参数值,如水分在织物上的吸附层数、材料的吸湿性能,以及材料吸湿后的干基含水率。通过实验,测出不同材料在一定条件下的干基含水率。比较模拟值与实测值之间的差距,发现该模型能较好的与实验数据相吻合。最后比较分析了不同组织结构织物之间吸湿性能的差异。 With reference to Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(for short BET) equation, a similar equation of it-the molecular layers mode was set up. The model educes some data by using C + + program which utilizes Powell method, and parameters will be presented by the model such as layers of water molecule wettability and moisture content on a certain fabric under given conditions. Experimental results show that the simulated data are agreeable with actual values measured, Differences in wettability of fabrics with different structure are analyzed.
