摘要
为探讨大学生身体成分特征与体质健康的关系,运用身体测量、数理统计等方法对大学生的体成分和体质健康指标进行了测试和分析研究.结果显示,目前大学生中,超重或肥胖的学生占有相当的比例,体脂百分比总体均值偏高.肺活量/体重指数、立定跳远、握力/体重指数与体脂百分比呈非常显著性负相关,台阶指数和体脂百分比之间没有显著的相关关系.超重或肥胖对大学生的肺功能及有氧能力、下肢爆发力、上肢肌肉相对力量具有非常显著的负面影响.体脂百分比的增大对大学生的身体机能和素质的危害是非常明显的.
Investigated was the relationship between body composition and physique of university students, for which the body composition and index of physical constitution and health were measured and analyzed. Results showed that at present in the university student suitable proportion and quantity of overweight or obese students created the body fat ratio ensemble average to be high. The value of body fat ratio tended to correlate significantly in the negative way with lung capacity/weight index, standing long jump and grip/weight index . but the step index and body fat ratio had not a remarkable correlation. Overweight or obesity had a-extremely remarkable negative influence on the lung function, the lower limb explosive force, the upper limb muscle relative strength of university students. Influence and harm of the increasing of body fat ratio on body function and quality in university students was extremely obvious.
