摘要
本文根据高等院校人事档案管理的特点,对档案数据库进行了分类剖析,提出并实现了一个人事档案管理系统的实施方案。
According to characteristics of management for files of personnel in the institutions of higher learning this paper carries out analysis on the basis of classification for databases of files. It advances and realizes the implementing plan of management system for files of personnel.
