摘要
杨木与桉木KP浆经氧脱木素,卡伯值分别降低48.1%和47.3%。杨木浆在氧脱木素前用过氧酸预处理,桉木浆在氧脱木素段用1%H2O2强化,脱木素程度分别达55.8%和53.6%。上述杨木浆再经(PxaO)DEpP程序漂白,白度达85.7%,桉木浆再经ODEpP和OpDEpP程序漂白,白度分别为83.3%和87.8%。
Kappa numbers of Populus and Eucalyptus kraft pulps are reduced by 48 1% and 47 3% respectively after oxygen delignification.Peroxyacid pretreatment of populus kraft pulp before oxygen delignification and hydrogen peroxide reinforcement of oxygen delignification of Eucalypt kraft pulp can remove 55 8% and 53 6% residual lignin of the pulps respectively while the viscosities of the pulps increase. High brightness of the pulps can be obtained by short sequence ECF bleaching.The brightness of Populus kraft pulp bleached with(PxaO)DEpP sequence can reach to 85 7% and the brightness of Eucalypt kraft pulp bleached with ODEpP and OpDEpP can reach 83 3% and 87 7% respectively.
