摘要
气浮支承系统以气体作为工作介质,根据气体润滑理论对气膜中气体的流动作了理论分析,采用有限元法对气膜流场进行了数值模拟,计算出了一定载荷下的速度分布、压力分布和耗气量、承载能力,通过与实验测试结果的对比,说明该方法是可行的。
Gas acted as working media in aerostatic bearing system. According to gas lubrication theory, theoretical analysis was made for gas flowing of gas film. Numerical simulation was made for flow field of gas film with finite element method (FEM). Velosity and pressure distribution and gas flow, carrying capacity were calculated on certain load. The method is feasible comparing to experimental results.
