摘要
本文分析了整株豆秸的化学成分，研究了用豆秸制造刨花板的工艺，并分析了不同工艺条件对刨花板性能的影响。结果表明：豆秸制造的刨花板，其物理力学性能和外观均达到国家标准要求，可以认为豆秸是制造刨花板适用的原料。
In this paper, chemical composition of soybean stalk was analyzed first and the effects of soybean stalk particleboard manufacture technology on physical and mechanical properties of the board were studied. The results showed that the appearance as well as physical and mechanical properties of the board could meet the requirement of relevant national standard. It was approved that soybean stalk is a suitable material for making particleboard.
