摘要
目的探讨用HOMA2方法评价中国2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能的可行性。方法对448例2型糖尿病患者同步采用HOMA和HOMA2方法计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(%B),并收集其他临床指标,对两公式的相关性和差异进行比较。结果经自然对数转化的HOMA2-IR和HOMA2-%B分别与HOMA-IR、HOMA-%B明显相关,且HOMA2-IR和空腹胰岛素值、空腹血糖值有更强的相关性。结论HOMA2方法适用于中国2型糖尿病的临床应用,并且在评价胰岛素抵抗方面可能优于HOMA方法。
Objective To explore the feasibility of HOMA2 used for evaluation of insulin resistance and isletβ-cell function in Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Both of HOMA and HOMA 2 were used to calculate the insulin resistance index （IR） and islet β-cell function index （%β） in 448 patlentswith type 2 diabetes mellitus. The correlation and difference between HOMA and HOMA 2 were compared. Results The logarithmic transformed HOMA 2-IR and HOMA 2-% βsignificantly correlated with HOMA-IR and HOMA-% β, respectively. HOMA 2-IR correlated more strongly with fasting plasmainanlin （FINS）, fasting plasma glucose （FlaG）. Conclusion HOMA 2 is applicable to the clinical practice in Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and may be superior to the HOMA in evaluation of insulin resistance.
