摘要
采用与传统硫化碱石灰浸灰剂对比的方法,通过测定皮的膨胀度、浸灰液中羟脯氨酸、总蛋白、蛋白多糖含量和分析蓝革的扫描电镜,对几种材料分散胶原纤维的性能做了研究。结果表明:采用适当的化合物替代传统硫化碱石灰浸灰,既减小了膨胀,又良好地去除纤维间质。生皮膨胀的增重和胶原蛋白的损失与其Ts降低相关联。而胶原纤维的分散、纤维间质的去除和铬鞣革Ts的升高相关联。
The dispersing abilities of some swelling materials were investigated by comparing them with traditional liming method. The swelling degree of pelts, bydroxyproline, total protein and polysaeebaride in swelling liquids were determined and the wet blues were analyzed with scanning electron mierograpb. It shows that the new materials in stead of llme and sulfide, could decrease the pelt swelling and well remove interfibrillar substance. There are relationships between the falling of pelt's Ts and high swelling of pelt, losing much of collagen. Mso the Ts rising of leathers is related with good fiber separating and better interfibrillar substance removing.
