摘要
慢性肾衰竭患者是慢性肾脏疾病病变发展的最终转归,此时患者往往由于体内毒素潴留导致多个脏器功能受损及病变发生和发展。毒素潴留可以抑制骨髓导致淋巴细胞生成障碍影响机体免疫功能。免疫功能异常使得机体易于受到细菌或病毒等侵袭,继而出现呼吸道、泌尿道等感染,从而使得肾脏本身病情进一步恶化。如果病情得不到控制常常使肾功能急剧恶化导致患者预后不良。对于目前临床应用的改善免疫力的药物主要是丙种球蛋白以及相关生物制剂。这些药物不仅价格昂贵而且常有过敏、发热等副作用,不宜在慢性肾衰竭的患者中长期应用。基于此原因,将临床患者相关免疫功能指标进行检测,并且与中医辨证及证候进行相关性研究,了解两者之间是否存在关联。探讨中医药治疗的可行性。研究发现,两者之间具有某种相关性特点,值得今后临床过程中深入研究。
In these stage,we can detect the toxin,which could not be clear out by the kidney,remain in the blood.The remain of the toxin,such as urea and,would damage the the function of organ in many facets.Then the disfunction of the organ would affect the body＇s immunity.So the body could not keep out the affect of bacterium or virus and was prone to get infection at respiration or urethra.If we could not control the infection of the patients,the patients renal condition would be bad and bad.In present,the medicine such as third strain of globulin was not only very costliness in price but also a kind of albumen preparation which did not fit to use for the patients.In order to get a new way for improving the immunity of patients in the long time,we detected some of the items which correlate with the immunities condition of people.Then,we analyzed both the items and the symptom complex.If there were some of correlations between them,we could use the traditional Chinese medicine to balance the immunity of the patients in future.
