摘要
选择216只满4周龄的健康金定蛋鸭随机分成6个处理组,每个处理组6个重复,分别饲喂VE含量为0、10、15、20、40、100IU/kg的日粮,研究日粮中添加不同水平的VE对育成蛋鸭生长及某些免疫指标的影响,结果表明:①日粮中添加VE能提高蛋鸭的日增重和日采食量,降低料重比,其中以第Ⅲ和第Ⅳ组(添加量为15IU/kg和20IU/kg)效果较好,但试验各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。②日粮中添加15IU/kg和20IU/kgVE时,血清中的免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、甲状腺素(T3、T4)的浓度最高,皮质醇(Cort)的浓度最低,能较全面地提高蛋鸭的免疫机能。③日粮中添加高剂量(100IU/Kg)VE时,蛋鸭的生长性能及免疫机能有不同程度地降低。综合分析,在蛋鸭育成期的基础日粮中添加15~20IU/kgVE,可提高其生长性能,改善蛋鸭的免疫机能。
Two-hundred sixteen Jin-Ding ducks with an average weight of (0.45±0.01) kg and health, were used and randomly allotted into six treatments with six replications, adding 0、10、15、20、40、100 IU/kg VE to the basal diet respectively. To clarify the effect of different level of VE on growth performance and some immune parameters in growing ducks. The results showed that, (1)The growth performance were increased in blood-serum, which adding 15 and 20 IU/kg VE were better in ducks diet. (2) When adding 15 and 20 IU/kg VE, the IgG, IgM, IL-2 and T3,T4 were highest, the Cort was lowest, which can increase the immunology from all. (3)Adding higher doze (100 IU/kg)VE, the growth performance and immunology ability were decreased. Analysis all these, adding 15-20 IU/kg VE in the ducks diet, which will increase the growth performance and improve the immune ability.
