摘要
目的:探讨21世纪我国康复医学教授的发展模式。方法:分析10余年来国内康复医学教育的现状及存在的问题,并根据90年代我国卫生事业发展趋势,预测21世纪所需专业人才。结果:国内康复医学教育明显滞后于康复医学发展,高等医学教授中尚无康复医学专业,专业人员培训缺乏系统性和统筹安排。结论:①在医学院校中普及康复医学教授;②强化在职人员培训;③开设康复医学(治疗)专业,培养本科生和研究生。
Objective: To set up a strategy and pattern on education of rehabilitation medicine in China for 21 century. Methods: To review and analyze the development and exiting problem in education of rehabilitation medicine in China, and to predict professional need in 21 century according to the development trendency of health resources over the last a few years. Results: Education of rehabilitation medicine in China was significantly fallen behind the development of rehabilitaton, no professional train at the level of medical education, no long plan as a whole in the clinic view. Conclusion: It needs to popularize of rehabilitation medicine at medical collcges and univesities; to think highly of professional training; to set up some programmes training therapists at the level of undergraduate and postgraduate.
