摘要
目的:了解社区麻风治愈者的生活质量及其影响因素。方法:采用生活质量问卷、简易应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表以及艾森克个性问卷,对韶关市下属两个县的155例社区麻风治愈者与59例健康成人进行了调查。结果:社区麻风治愈者的总体生活质量较差;社会支持和患者的个性特征都明显影响他们的生活质量。结论:在注重改善麻风治愈者的物质生活条件和加强躯体功能康复的同时,应提供有效的社会支持系统,按不同的个性特点、有针对性地进行心理干预,以提高他们的生活质量。
Objective： To explore the quality of life in leprosy patients who cured in community and its influencing factors. Method：155 leprosy patients who cured and 59 normal controls in community were investigated by using Quality of Life Questionnaire, Simple Coping Style Questionnaire, Social Support Questionnaire and EPQ. Results： Quality of life in leprosy patients who cured was poorer than in normal controis. Both social support and patients＇ personality feature influenced their quality of life. Conclusion： Giving useful social support and psychological intervention are same important as improving living conditions and Dromoting body＇ s function rehabilitation for leprosy patients who cured.
