摘要
[目的]探讨养心颗粒与美托洛尔联合治疗心律失常的疗效。[方法]将94例心律失常患者随机分为两组,对照组46例仅口服美托洛尔治疗,治疗组48例口服美托洛尔,同时加服养心颗粒。[结果]治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为47.9%、93.7%,对照组单用美托洛尔治疗显效率30.4%和总有效率71.7%,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),且治疗过程中未出现严重的不良反应。[结论]美托洛尔联合养心颗粒治疗心律失常是值得推广的临床联合用药。
[ Objective]To discass Yang Xin particles with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia effect. [Methods] 94 cases of arrhythmia patients were randornly divided into two groups. The control group 46 cases were only treated by metoprolol, and the treatment group 48 cases were given metoprolol and served Yang Xin particles. [Results] The significant efficiency and total efficiency was 47.9% ,93. 8% the control group alone metopiolol in the treatment efficiency of 30.4% and the total efficiency of 71. 7% , between the two groups were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05） , And the course of treatment does not appear serious side effects. [ Conclusion ] Yang Xin particles with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia is the promotion of administration
