摘要
提出了实行工程量清单计价对造价管理人员的素质要求,分析了工程造价管理队伍存在的问题及高职工程造价专业的教育现状,研究了高职教育的教材建设及实行的双证制,并给出了专业的教学形式和方法,以适应造价管理市场的新要求。
The disposition requirement of cost management personnel in the engineering bill pricing was proposed. The existing problems in the engineering cost management ranks and higher vocational education status of engineering cost special were analyzed. The teaching material building of higher vocational education and double documents system were studied. The specialized teaching form and methods were proposed so as to adapt new requirement of cost management market.
