摘要
[目的]了解农民工的艾滋病知识、态度和行为及其关系,为加强农民工艾滋病防治工作制定预防和控制措施提供科学依据。[方法]2006年4月,在南宁市7处建筑工地对508名农民工进行了艾滋病防治知识、态度、行为调查。[结果]调查508名农民工,艾滋病防治知识得分(满分24分)为(14.85±4.57)分,24个问题中12题以上正确的占76.38%。艾滋病知识得分,不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况者的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);文化程度高的得分较高(P<0.01)。艾滋病防治知识得分,对"艾滋病对自己有威胁吗"、"如果亲戚朋友感染了HIV,愿意和他(她)继续交往吗"、"感染HIV的人应继续工作或学习吗"、"在性生活中使用安全套吗"4项,均为态度、行为正确者得分最高(P<0.01)。[结论]农民工艾滋病知识水平较低。
[Objective]To understand the status of AIDS knowledge, attitude,behavior and its correlation, provide scientific basis for making strategies to prevent AIDS among migrant workers. [Methods]Investigation on knowledge of AIDS prevention,attitude and behavior was conducted among 508 migrant workers from 7 construction sites in Nanjing in April 2006. [Results]Of the 508 workers investigated,the score of AIDS prevention knowledge was （14.85±4.57） （the highest possible score was 24）, of the 24 questions, 76.38% of them gave the correct answer on 12 questions. There was no difference in the score in different age,marriage status and sex （ P〉0.05）. The workers with higher education level had higher score. The score was high in the follow 4 questions. Does AIDS threaten me？ If your relatives or friends are infected with HIV ,will you get contact with him（her）？ . Does a person infected with HIV continue to study or work？ Does condom be used during sexual contact？ （ P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]AIDS knowledge level was low among migrant workers.
