摘要
介绍了电致化学发光仪器的功能划分和系统总体设计方案,其中重点介绍了系统结构设计。系统功能分为激励信号产生模块、数据采集模块和数据显示处理模块。系统结构上分为前段仪器结构和终端主机结构两个部分,这两部分中重点介绍了终端主机的模块设计。系统的工作过程大致为:前段仪器按用户设定产生激励信号,并将被测物体的光电信号,进行A/D转换及放大处理后送到终端主机,主机对传送过来的信号进行进一步的数学分析处理,并将数据信号以图表显示。
This paper introduces the functional and system design of an electro - chemiluminescence analyzer, detailed introduces the system design. The system functions include signal generator module, data acquisition modules and data processing module. The system structure is divided into front -end equipment structure and host terminal structure. The working Process of this system is below. Front - end of the equipment generates user - defined excitation signal, and then acquire the photoelectric signal of detected objects. These photoelectric signals are transmitted to the host terminal after A/D conversion and amplification. The host further processes and analyses these signals, and show the graph.
