The Molecular Design and Optimization of Molecular Imprinted Polymers

摘要 对分子印迹技术的原理和发展过程进行了简述,概述了选择印迹分子、功能单体、致孔剂、交联剂等的设计原则,介绍了分子模拟在解释印迹识别机理及印迹体系优化中的应用。作为一种制备具有亲和性和选择性高、稳定性好的分子印迹聚合物的技术,分子印迹技术可拓展的范围越来越广,前景越来越宽阔。 The principle and development of molecular imprinted technique as well as the designing principle of choosing template molecule, functional cross-linking and so on were generally described, meanwhile the application of molecular simulation in explaining the imprinting recognition mechanism and optimizing the imprinted system were briefly introduced. The molecular imprinted polymers as a method of affinity and high selectivity and high stability can expand more and more widely, and the foreground is more and more Spacious.
