红薯淀粉交联壳聚糖的制备及其对垃圾渗滤液的处理研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了红薯淀粉交联壳聚糖的制备及其对垃圾渗滤液的处理。通过正交实验探讨了制备红薯淀粉交联壳聚糖产品所需的各原料的最优配比及处理垃圾渗滤液的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:当壳聚糖与红薯淀粉、活性炭的质量比为1∶5∶30,加入的6%的戊二醛溶液、乙酸乙酯与固体物质的液固比分别为0.28mL/g和0.35mL/g,凝固时间为12h时所制备的产品性能最好。用制得的交联吸附剂产品处理垃圾渗滤液,以CODcr去除率和脱色率为处理效果的评价指标,综合考虑各因素的影响,在调节垃圾渗滤液的pH=5,交联吸附剂的投加量为1g/L,振荡速度为170r/min,振荡时间为30min的条件下,CODCr去除率和脱色率分别达到68%和91%以上。 This paper has investigated the preparation of sweet potato starch cross-linked chitosan and the treatment of landfill leachate by it. The optimum ratio of all kinds of raw materials needed in the process of preparing sweet potato starch cross-linked chitosan and the optimum treatment conditions have been discussed through orthogonal experiments. The results showed that under the conditions with the mass ratio of chitosan, sweet potato starch and activated carbon of 1:5:30, the ratios of glutanic dialdehyde (6%) and ethyl acetate to solid material being 0.28 mL/g and 0.35 mL/g respectively, the solidification time being 12 h, the cross-linked reagent prepared according to the conditions above is the best. To treat the lanfill leachate by the cross-linked reagent, the removal rates of CODcr and chroma have been viewed as evaluation index of treatment effect, the influence of all factors have been considered comprehensively, under the condition of adjusting the pH value of landfill leachate to 5, and with the addition of the cross-linked reagent of 1 g/L, a stiring time of 30 min at the Speed of 170 r/min, the efficiencies for the product to remove CODcr and chroma from landfill leachate were above 68% and 91%, respectively.
