细胞色素P450 3 A亚族参与的药物代谢及其异常表达的意义

摘要 细胞色素P450(cytochrome P450,CYP450)是广泛存在于生物体内的一类含血红蛋白和硫羟基的蛋白,是体内代谢转换的主要酶系。CYP450存在于人体细胞的微粒体中,主要是肝细胞。CYP450的蛋白编码有55个基因,29个是假基因(psuedogene)。CYP450有许多亚族,其中最主要是CYP4503A亚族(CYP3A),占肝细胞CYP450的30%~60%。
