免疫微球凝集试验在鸡传染性法氏囊病免疫检测中的应用

摘要 以羧化聚苯乙烯微球(CPM)为载体,通过碳化二亚胺(EDC)反应将传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)细胞培养物共价偶联在CPM 上,制成了用于鸡传染性法氏囊病(IBD)抗体检测的免疫微球。通过免疫微球凝集试验(IMSAT)和琼脂扩散试验(AGP)对鸡血清中IBD 抗体对比检测证实:IMSAT 不仅具有高度特异性,敏感性和重复性,而且操作简便、快速。本文还指出鸡新城疫(ND)Ⅱ系疫苗和IBD弱毒苗联合接种可获得与单独接种IBD疫苗完全一致的效果,说明二者间不存在干扰作用。作者通过对雏鸡IBD母源抗体的检测,提出了IBD免疫的合理程序和较实用的检测方法。 Using carboxyl polystrene microspheres(CPM)as carriers andthrough covalently connecting the cell cultures(sensitizing antigen)of infect-ious bursal disease virus(IBDV)of chicken to CPMs via the reaction oflethy-1-3-(3-diimethylaminopropyl)-carbodimide(EDC),the test has successfullyprepared the immunomicrospheres for the detection of antibodies against IBDVof chicken.The comparative detection of immunomicrosphere agglutina-tiontest(IMSAT)and agar-gel precipitin test(AGP)for serum antibodies againstIBDV of chicken has unclosed that IMSAT is of strong specificity,and it issimple in operation and fast in determination.The examination of serum anti-bodis of immunized chicken by two methods described above shows that the combining Immunization of Newcastle disease(ND)vaccine and IBD modifiedvirus vaccine of chicken is feasible,and can obtain the same effect as theindividual inoculation with modified IBDV vaccine.The authors also point outthe ideal immunoprocedure of IBD of chicken and detecting methods throughstudying the growth and decline of IBD maternal antibodies of young chicken.
