摘要
从栽培废料二次种菇、无土栽培基质、菌糠饲料、生物有机肥、燃料和激素与农药类物质提取等6个方面介绍食用菌栽培废料的利用方法。
The amount of spent mushroom substrate was increased gradually with the progress of the mushroom industry. It would waste the resource and simultaneously bring environmental pollution caused as a result of random disposing of waste generated from crop productions. These would become the hidden trouble in the development of the mushroom industry. Edible fungus waste material handling was analyzed in this article： reuse as cultivated substrate, animal feed , fuel, organic fertilizer, extract hormone or pestcide and so on.
