摘要
对10 kV单元串联式高压变频器的主电路拓扑结构及功率单元电路进行了研究,分析了控制电路构成原理。重点对模拟量控制电路进行了设计及仿真,其功能是对高压变频器系统内各类模拟信号进行运算处理,以满足DSP的ADC部分的物理和逻辑要求。设计电路用于实际的10 kV单元串联式高压变频器,取得了良好的效果,并给出了模拟量控制电路的功能实现。
The structure of the main circuit and the power unit in 10 kV cell-series high voltage converter were researched. The principle of structure of the control circuit was analyzed. It focused on the design and simulation of the analog control circuit. The function is to process variable analog signals that they can meet the physical and logical needs of the ADC of DSP. The analog control circuit has achieved good performance while being applied in the system of 10 kV cell-series high voltage converter,and finally gives the function implementation of the analog control circuit.
