摘要
取确诊为巴氏杆菌病兔的心脏、肝脏和肾脏等,用10%福尔马林液固定,常规石蜡包埋切片,H.E染色,光学显微镜下观察。病理组织学变化为:心肌纤维坏死、肝细胞脂肪变性坏死、脾小体萎缩变形、肺泡发生变形、肾小管上皮细胞发生颗粒变性和淋巴结充血、出血、水肿等。
The rabbit infected with Pasteurella were killed to get the hearts, livers, kidneys and so on, which were fixed with 10% formalin in sectioned with regular paraffin wrapping. Stained with H.E, and then observed with microscopes. The results showed that cardiac muscle fibers appeared cellular necrosis; the liver cells developed clear fatty degeneration; acinus lienalis became smaller and inordinate; pulmonary alveoli happened distortion method. Granular degeneration took place in renal tubular epithelial cell and absorbent gland change mainly were heavy haemorrhage and edemas.
