摘要
采用美国生产的L6400光舍测定仪,对4个四川桤木品系的光舍和蒸腾速率及其生长进行了为期7个月的测定,结果表明,不同品系、月份、树冠部位净光合速率、蒸腾速率存在极显著差异,水分利用率只有月份之间存在极显著的差异。净光合速率和蒸腾速率呈同步变化趋势,从大到小的月份排序是6月、4月、7月、8月、11月、9月、10月。上、下部位叶片的净光合速率主要呈早、晚低,12:00、15:00高的双峰抛物线趋势,下部叶的净光合速率比上部叶低23.38%~36.60%。品系间的叶绿素含量具有极显著差异。净光合速率与生物量显著正相关,可作为四川桤木早期选择的重要指标。
Using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system, the photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate and the growth of four Alnus crematogyme varieties were measured from April to October, 2007. The results showed as following: ( 1 ) as far as net photosynthesis rate (Pn) and transpiration rate (Tr) were concerned, there were highly significant differences in different varieties, months and crown positions. While water use efficiency (WUE) only showed highly significant difference in different months. (2) Pn and Tr of these varieties showed similar changing trend, and the order is June 〉 April 〉 July 〉 August 〉 November 〉 September 〉 October. (3) Pn of the upper and lower crown showed double-peak curves, in which the peak value occurred in 12:00 and 15:00, respectively. And Pn of the lower crown was lower 23.38% - 36.60% than that of the upper one. (d) There was highly significant difference among different varieties in Chlorophyll content. (5) Pn showed significant positive correlation to the biomass, This indicated that Pn could be used as important index for early selection of Alnus crematogym.
