摘要
目的探讨胃、十二指溃疡急性穿孔单纯修补术的新指征。方法回顾性分析本院1990～2006年胃、十二指肠急性穿孔患者的手术方式、术后并发症、生活质量。结果胃、十二指肠渍疡急性穿孔单纯修补术的比例逐年升高，术后并发症及复发越来越少，远期效果与行胃大部分切除无差异（P〉0．05），生活质量明显较之胃大部分切除患者高。结论胃、十二指肠急性穿孔单纯修补术的指征越来越宽，新指征可总结为：可排除癌变，无出血，无梗阻，无穿孔病史，并可严格内科治疗及随诊患者。
Objective Study new operative indications of Simple Repair for gastroduodenal ulcer perforation. Methods The clinical of 1290 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation in our hospital from 1990 to 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The proportion of simple repair for gastroduodenal ulcer perforation are stepping up year by year, postoperative complications and recurrence are decrease year by year ,long-term effect as same as subtotal gastrectomy （P〉0.05）,but quality of life higher than subtotal gastrectomy. Conclusion Simple Repair for gastroduodenal ulcer perforation more and more, new operative indications： besides canceration、 obstruction、 shot hole history, have Follow-Up condition and can medical treatment.
