摘要
为探讨氯化甲基汞对雌性动物生殖系统的影响,采用氯化甲基汞给雌性昆明种小鼠急性染毒,剂量为1/200LD50、1/20LD50和1/2LD50。染毒后采用FAC-Scan流式细胞仪技术分析了氯化甲基汞对卵巢细胞周期的影响。结果表明:1/20LD50组和1/2LD50组中处于G0/G1期时相的细胞百分数高于对照组(P<0.05),而1/20LD50组和1/2LD50组的S期时相的细胞的百分数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),其它无明显改变。研究表明,甲基汞可以造成G1期细胞增加,出现明显的G1阻滞,DNA合成受抑制。
The ovary cell cycles were analyzed using flow cytometry(FCM) after female Kunming strain mice were acutely exposed to methlmercury with dose of 1/200 LD50,1/20 LD50and 1/2 LD50 to explore the effect of methylmercury cholride on female animal productive system.The effect showed that the ovary cells in G0/G1 phase increased significantly (P<005) compared with those in control groups,and in S phase decreased significantly in 1/20 LD50and 1/2 LD50 groups,other obvious changes were not observed.It indicated that methylmercury could cause the increase of the cells and obvious block in G1 phrase,inhibit DNA synthesis and delay cell mitosis.
