摘要
提出了优化设计的新型短链主传动，介绍了它的试验、研究和具体应用。该主传动具有噪声低、传动效率高、空载功耗小、温升低、传动件少、结构简单、制造成本低等优点。
An analysis and study are made on the driving system of traditional horizontal lathe, and it is suggested that a new model of main driving system with short driving chain which is optimally designed. The artical introduces the experiment, research and application of the driving system. The driving system has a lot of advanteges such as lower noise, higher driving efficiency, lower energy consumption in idle running, lower heating, less parts, simple structure and low cost.
