摘要
当前农村人民群众消防安全意识普遍比较淡薄,消防基础设施缺乏,农村消防工作所面临严峻的形势。要改变当前农村消防工作应发挥政府职能建立健全消防安全组织网络;搞好农村消防规划,加强农村公共消防基础设施建设;深入开展消防宣传,提高村民的消防安全意识;强化公安派出所消防监督管理工作,夯实农村消防安全管理工作基石;突出重点,强化管理,全力维护农村消防工作稳定局面。
At present, people in rural areas are generally indifferent to fire security and fire infrastructure is in a shortage,which results in a severe situation for rural fire service. Changing the present rural fire service demands developing governmental functions to establish and improve the organization network of fire security;well plan the rural fire service and strengthen the infrastructure construc.. tion of rural public fire service;deeply carry out fire propaganda to enhance villagers＇ consciousness of fire security;strengthen the fire supervision and management work of police stations to consolidate the foundation of management work of fire security in rural areas ;lay stresses and intensify the management to fully maintain the stability of rural fire service.
