摘要
为了清楚地了解氧在烧结NdFeB磁体中的作用,在本工作中,我们系统地研究了磁体中的氧含量对其磁性及其抗腐蚀性的影响,发现,对于一定的Nd含量,磁体的氧含量存在一个上限,当氧含量超过这个上限,磁性能就会消失,磁体的抗腐蚀性不仅与它的氧含量有关,而且依赖于磁体的密度。
In order to get clearly understanding of the effects of oxygen in Nd Fe B magnets,we investigated the oxygen influence on the magnetic properties and anticorrosion ability of Nd Fe B magnets. It was found that for a certain Nd concentration there is aup limit of oxygen content in magnet, when oxygen content goes beyond this limit the mag ̄netic properties disappear. The anticorrosion ability of Nd Fe B magnets not only relates to the oxygen content of the magnets but also depends on the density.
