摘要
结合8E160C柴油机燃油泵轴系断拍事故实例的分析诊断,进行了轴系扭转振动的实测、计算,探寻故障的原因,并通过结构改进、燃油泵轴系扭振减振器的研制,收到了良好的效果。
In this paper, the practical example of the broken shaft for fuel injection pump in Model 8E160C diesel engine has been analyzed and diagnosed. The torsional vibration of the shaft system has been measured and calculated, the reason of the broken shaft has been found. By improving the structure and using the torsional vibration damper in the fuel injection Pump shaft system, a good result has been obtained.
