摘要
以电解锌产生的阳极泥为原料,用≤0.246mm褐煤粉作还原剂,过量50%,焙烧温度750℃,时间8h,此时90%以上的四价锰还原为二价锰.还原后的焙烧粉经2.04mol/L硫酸浸出,浸出液用硫化钠除重金属后用碳酸氢铵进行复分解反应,制得优质的工业碳酸锰.浸锰后的铅、银渣,配入硫化铅精矿后进行火法熔炼,制成粗铅(含银).
When zinc anode slime produced by Zn electrolysis is taken as the raw ma terial and lignite powder with the size≤0. 246mm is taken as the reductant (50% overdose), under the condition of calcination temperature 750℃, time 8 hours, more than 90%of Mn4+ can be reduced into Mn2+. After reduction, the calcinated powder should be leached out with 2. 04mol/L sulphuric acid. The leached liquid is to be treated by sodium sulphide to remove heavy metals and then double decomposition is conducted with the addition of ammonium bicarbonate. In this way, industrial grade manganese carbonate of high quality can be produced. After Mn being leached out, the Ag and Pb residue is smelted by adding lead sulphide concentrate so that rough lead (containing Ag) can be produced.
