摘要
研究了中厚板轧机的自激振动现象,针对可能引起4200轧机系统自激振动的轧辊和主传动系统分别建立了振动数学模型,并且进行分析求解。在对结果进行分析比较之后,提出了有效地控制轧辊的自激振动,提高系统稳定性的方法。
The phenomenon of self-excited vibration in medium plate mill is researched in this paper. Two separate mathematic models are presented through the research on the roller and the main transmission which can cause self - excited vibration in 4200 rolling mill. Through comparing the results got by analyzing and solving the two different models, then how to reduce the rollers' vibration and improve the stability of the medium plate mill can be put forward.
