摘要
综述了日本钢铁厂与以日本汽车制造业为中心的机械制造厂，共同研制的省掉淬火－回火调质热处理工序的节能型非调质钢材，其中有非调质带钢、钢管、棒钢和线材等，并介绍了新产品成分、性能和应用。
This paper describes energy-saving non-quenched and non-tempered steel products, including steel strip, tube and pipe, bar and wire, developed by iron and steel plants and mechinery and automobile manufacture in Japan. Chemical compositions, properties and applications about the new products are introduced too.
