摘要
钢水加热综合精炼ＡＮＳ－ＯＢ技术应用于小方坯连铸，其技术关键之一是解决中间包水口结瘤问题。分析了ＡＮＳ－ＯＢ配小方坯连铸水口结瘤的确切原因，提出了消除水口结瘤的用水后矫措施和技术操作规范，使ＡＮＳ－ＯＢ配小方坯连铸工艺顺行。
Treatment of liquid steel for billet continuous casting with ANS-OB technology comprising heating and refining, have a key technology that scabbing at nozzle has to be solved. This article explains clearly the reason of scabbing at nozzle and so a post- treatment method with operation standard are developed.
