试论现代工程项目集成管理的逻辑起点

摘要 当今的建设工程项目管理呈现出国际化、集成化、信息化趋势,项目管理成绩对于以项目为基础的工程建筑公司而言是其核心竞争力的体现。本文从项目管理的发展趋势、项目管理的体系构成和管理环境(全面一体化管理)三个方面系统分析了建设工程项目集成管理的内涵,并提出了工程建设企业的发展策略。旨在为工程建筑公司实施多项目管理提供一个"行动路线图",以重新审视、改进其当前的管理模式和技术,提高企业的市场竞争力和组织项目管理能力。
