May 20th was a subtle moment for both Taiwan and China's Mainland. On one hand,'Three links'will possibly change the structure of cross-strait transportation, logistic and information resource,since Ma Ying-jeou's promise for Taiwan's entrepreneurs is supposed to realize;On the other hand, investment environment in Mainland has changed greatly in the past few years and Chinese market is no longer lack of foreign investment.In fact, Taiwan's entrepreneurs from manufacturing industry have felt the huge pressure from soaring cost and high risk.Some have to return to Taiwan or transfer to the southern area like Vietnam. Ma Ying-jeou's government has committed to ease tax burden, streamline taxation administration,and make Taiwan a global operational beadquarter for Taiwan's entrepreneurs, which indicates that Taiwan's business environment will be somewhat improved in the future. Is China's Mainland still an exciting new continent for Taiwan's enterprises? How will Taiwan tycoons redefine mainland in terms of business strategy? What approaches will they take afterwards?
