摘要
本文从建立完整的档案信息安全防范体系、提高档案工作人员的危机意识和档案部门对危机做出快速反应方面分析档案危机管理预警系统构建的意义,介绍了危机管理预警的信息收集、信息分析、预警决策和应急处置等几个子系统,提出了预警系统构建中要注意的几点务实性的建议。
This essay analyzed the establishment significance of archives crisis management pre-warning system from constructing integrated archives information safety system, enhancing crisis awareness of archives working staff and quick response of archives department for crisis, introduced some sub-systems on information collection of crisis management, information analysis, pre-warning decision and emergency handling, and given some pragmatically suggestion for the construction of pre-waruing system.
