摘要
分析网络环境下个性化信息服务的必要性,阐述更新理念、改革服务模式、构建资源体系、促进资源共享等观点,提出研究用户信息、应用信息技术、完善专家咨询系统等措施。
This paper analyzes the necessity of individualized information service under network environment, describing the idea of renovating concept, the reform of service mode, constructing the resource system, promoting resource sharing and other viewpoints. It also puts forward the measures of research to user information, applying information technology, establishing expert consulting system, etc.
