摘要
采用紫外分光光度法对美国、香港及国内6个厂家生产的对乙酰氨基酚片进行体外溶出度测定.结果所检样品溶出度均符合中国药典1995版有关对乙酰氨基酚片的溶出规定,30min溶出超过80%.6个品种的溶出度参数有非常显著差异(P<0.01),尤以幸福止痛素为优,这与制剂的工艺和辅料有关.
The dissolution of six kinds of acetaminophen tablets manufactured by Ameri-ca, Hongkong and the domestic factories was determined with UV spectrophotometry in vit-ro. As a result, all the samples dissolved more than 80 percent of the labeled amount of C8H9NO2 in 30 minutes , which accorded with the demand of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Edition 1995). The parameters of them(T50,Td,T_(80),m)have very significant differences(P <0.01). Among them,the FORTOLIN has the fastest dissolution, which is relative to the excipient and the processing technique of the pharmaceutics.
