摘要
富水水库是一座以防洪、发电为主,兼有灌溉、航运、围垦、水产养殖、灭螺等综合效益的大(1)型水库。由于坝基处理不彻底,水库运行近40年来出现较多问题,危及工程安全,是我国重点大型病险水库之一。历史上虽采用过坝肩灌浆、上游设铺盖、下游设压重以及坝后设减压井等多种工程措施进行处理,但均未能解决问题。在本次水库除险加固中,根据坝基地质条件和渗流分析成果,采用混凝土防渗墙对坝下强透水层进行垂直防渗、截断坝基渗漏通道,对两岸坝肩进行帷幕灌浆加固坝基,解决了防渗轴线布置、墙体材料选择以及防渗墙施工关键问题,取得明显的效果。
Fushui Reservoir is a multi-purpose large scale reservoir that mainly used for flood control and power generation, with comprehensive benefits of irrigation, navigation, reclamation and aquatic cultivation etc. In recent 40 years, the reservoir has been operated with some problems due to the improper treatment of dam foundation. In the history, various measures such as abutment grouting, placing cover materials in upper stream, putting weight downstream and placing relief well at the back of dam were applied, but were not successful. During this reinforcement, concrete wall is adopted for vertical seepage control to the strong permeable layer below the dam that cut off the seepage of dam foundation. Curtain grouting to abutments of both sides is applied. Key problems such as anti-seepage axis, selection of wall material and wall construction are solved that result in good result.
