摘要
本文研究了银杏叶提取物 (EGb)对老年小鼠免疫功能的影响 ,结果表明 :EGb连续胃饲老年小鼠 7d后 (0 .2 mg/d) ,T淋巴细胞增殖水平 ,NK细胞活性 ,抗体形成细胞分泌抗体的能力及血清 IL- 6水平显著增加 ,说明 EGb具有增强老年小鼠的免疫调节功能。
The effect of EGb on immunologic function in aged mouse was studied. The results showed: after the aged mouse were fed EGb by gastric perfusion for seven days successively, that the transformative function of T lymphocyte, the activity of NK cell, the ability to produce antibody of antibody forming cells and the concentration of IL 6 in serum in these aged mouse was improved significantly. This suggests that EGb could enhance the normal immune regulation in aged mouse.
