摘要
在汽车安全零部件生产过程中,条码技术在工业在线生产的数据采集和监控过程中具有重要的意义。在Visual Basic 6.0开发环境下,利用安全气袋追溯系统,能够对汽车安全气袋生产所用的原料提供实时、可靠的条码信息,以对汽车质量进行追溯。通过串行通信实时监控生产过程,保证了条码数据录入的准确性。应用结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,具有良好的抗干扰能力。
In production of the parts and accessories related to safety of automobiles, the barcode technology plays a significant role in data acquisition and monitoring of the industrial production line. Under Visual Basic 6.0 developing environment, by adopting tracing system of safety airbag, real-time and reliable barcode information of the raw materials for production of the airbags can be provided. Thus the purpose of tracing the quality of vehicles is achieved. Through serial communication, the production process is monitored in real time, and the precision of barcode data input is ensured. The results of application show that the system operates stably and provides excellent antl-lnterference capability.
